Grown defects bei IDE / ATAPI

Moin,

Weiß zufällig jemand, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, unter
FreeBSD bei IDE-Platten die Grown-defects abzufragen?
Mit der Kombination atapicam+camcontrol geht's offenbar
nicht. Hat jemand 'ne Idee?

Ich sollte diese IDE/APATI-Gülle wieder entsorgen und
durch SCSI ersetzen. Erspart 'ne Menge Zeit und Ärger.
