Hallo Stefan,

unter Windows 2k gibt es im Bootmenü eine Funktion zum Aktivieren der
Startprotokollierung.
Ich hoffe mal in XP auch.
Ich würde es mal damit ausprobieren, vielleicht bekommst Du über die
Logdatei raus wieso er nicht startet.
Unter Windows 2k wird sie unter %windir%/ntbtlog.txt gespeichert.
