Details nicht, aber Du kannst einen der Keymaps in
/usr/share/syscons/keymaps/ laden. Ich denke, einer hiervon käme in
Frage:

-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 16237 Oct 26 2002 ru.cp866.kbd
-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 16236 Oct 26 2002 ru.iso5.kbd
-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 16240 Oct 26 2002 ru.koi8-r.kbd
-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 16246 Oct 26 2002 ru.koi8-r.shift.kbd

Zu laden sind sie mit kbdcontrol -l. Anschließend kannst Du
zurückschalten auf (vermutlich) german.iso.kbd.
