Bind option in ssh funktioniert nicht

Moin,

ich habe gerade versucht, über einen SSH Tunnel einen Port zu forwarden
und das lokale Ende an eine IP Adresse zu binden (-b). Das schlägt
allerdings fehl und ssh bindet immer an localhost. Das bestätigt auch
die Ausgabe mit -v.

Ist -d disfunktional? Das System läuft unter 4.8-STABLE.
