vi hört nicht auf Mails zu schreiben

Vi schreibt Spam-Mails :-):

On Wed Apr 16 13:35:29 2003, the user root was editing a
file named php.ini-dist on the machine
qwertzuiop.ccgis-net.int, when it was saved for recovery.
You can recover most, if not all, of the changes to this
file using the -r option to vi:
        vi -r php.ini-dist

Darauf der Versuch:

root(at)qwertzuiop# vi -r /usr/local/etc/php.ini-dist
No files named /usr/local/etc/php.ini-dist, readable by you, to recover

Wäre ja nicht so, dass ich keine Rechte auf diese Datei hätte...!

root(at)qwertzuiop# l /usr/local/etc/php.ini-dist
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root wheel 37795 Apr 17 11:03 /usr/local/etc/php.ini-dist

Was will vi von mir?? Wieso hört der nicht auf zu spammen?
