Du fuehrst das doch als root aus oder ?
Lass doch mal das root weg. Bei mir in der crontab steht direkt nach der
Zeit der Befehl der ausgefuehrt werden soll.

Er versucht "roor" auszufuehren und nicht dein "/root/bin/cron.sh"
