Die nahezu garanatierte Ursache ist ein Hardwaredefekt.
Du solltest das RAM, die CPU und das Netzteil in der Reihenfolge
verdächtigen.
Es sind aber auch andere Komponenten zu solchen Fehlern fähig.

So ist das mit defekten manchmal.
