Ist es ein "Multi-part archive" ? Wenn ja, diese werden leider im moment
noch nicht richtig unterstuetzt.

Laut FAQ von
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/tools/zip/info-zip/FAQ.html#multivol
sollte das hier funktionieren:

cat part1.zip part2.zip etc.zip > monster.zip
zip -F monster.zip
und danach einfach entpacken
