Und du bist sicher, daß du auch wirklich den Sendmail aus den Ports
laufen hast?
Ich erinnere mich an inkonsistente Versionsnummern in deinen Logs.
Zeigt die mailer.conf wirklich auf /usr/local/sbin/sendmail?

Hast du mal in deine /etc/mail/sendmail.cf nachgesehen, ob das Feature
auch wirklich drin sind?

Ist deine ./cf auch mit den m4 Makros aus dem Port sendmail gebaut
worden?
/etc/make.conf:
SENDMAIL_CF_DIR=/usr/local/share/sendmail/cf

Es fehlen noch die Logs mit Level 14 einer erfolglosen Zustellung.
