Bei mir lag es mal an den Mountbefehlen:

Stelle sicher das du auf /tmp Programme ausfuehren kannst usw..

Mit DIESER Einstellung laeuft ein make installworld NICHT:

 "/tmp (ufs, local, nodev, noexec, nosuid, with quotas, soft-updates)"

Wenn das so ist (oder so aehnlich) remounte /tmp OHNE die Befehle nodev,
noexec usw...also ein normales 'mount' duerfte langen.
