Connection refused gibt es bei tcpwrapper nicht, und bei
Paketfiltern nur, wenn man's explizit so einstellt (ist
meines Wissens weder bei IPFW noch bei IPF der default);
außerdem sagte er, der Filter sei noch nicht aktiv ...
daher tippe ich mal darauf, der sshd läuft wirklich noch
nicht, oder zumindest nicht auf der IP und dem Port, auf
denen er sich zu verbinden versucht.

Die Folgefragen wären dann also:
 - Ausgabe von »ps -auxww | grep sshd« auf dem Server.
 - Ausgabe von »sockstat | grep 22« auf dem Server.
 - Welches Kommando wird (exakt) auf dem CLient verwendet?
