Dein laufender Kernel ist zu alt für das neue Userland.
Von wo nach wo versuchst Du zu updaten?
Evtl. genügt es einfach, den neuen Kernel in den Single-
user-mode zu booten und dann das »make installworld« aus-
zuführen.
