Ich denke das es der "gängige" Weg ist.
Wenn ich den isdnd abschalte und dann das ppp starte kommen die gleichen
Meldungen im ppp.log File wie mir eingeschalteten isdnd.

Das waer leider nicht. Das ISDN Kabel geht vom PC direkt in den NTBA.
Bei der Verbindung braucht man meines wissens nur die "original" Nummer.

Nein, es war ein leeres Logfile bzw. es stand nur eine art Rahmen drin.
Das File liegt untrer /var/log/ als isdntrace0-datum-uhrzeit

OK, habe ich geändert. Habe phone authname und authname
in das t-online Label übertragen.
Aber ein "dial t-online" im ppp-Modus kommt zum gleichen Ergebnis.

Ich habe die Einträge welche ich noch nicht hatte mit eingetragen.
Im ppp.log sieht man nicht mehr als vorher.

Es kann nicht mehr wahr sein ... grrrr ....

Wie kann ich, abgesehen von ppp, noch testen ob ich überhaupt rauswählen
kann? Dieses No Carrier läßt mir keine Ruhe.
Ich habe einfach mal bei set phone meine normale Telefonnummer
angegeben, es sollte zumindest klingeln. Klappt auch nicht :-(
Jetzt ist das ISDN-Kabel allerdings voll verlegt (Kabelkanal über mehr
als ein Stockwerk), das kann ich nicht mal ebene tauschen.

Hasst Du noch den einen oder anderen Vorschlag?
