Das ist exakt das gleiche Phänomen, das ich hatte.
Das Problem habe ich durch Hinzufügen eines DA_Q_NO_6_BYTE-
Quirks in src/sys/cam/scsi/scsi_da.c gelöst. Würde ich in
Deinem Fall auch mal ausprobieren (einfach einen der bereits
vorhandenen Quirk-Einträge kopieren und die Vendor-Strings
entsprechend anpassen).
