PCMCIA Netzwerkkarte, welche?

Ich bin gerade am aussuche einer PCMCIA-Netzwerkarte.

Kann irgendwer eine von den unten empfehlen?

LevelOne FPC-0105TX (16Bit)
LevelOne FPC-0106TX (32Bit)

D-Link DFE-650TX

die drei liegen preislich in einer Klasse.
Mein Notebook is ein Thinkpad 600E mit PII 266.... also nimma so das neueste.
