vom "zu frueh ausschalten" kommt sowas wohl kaum. Ich wuerde eher
auf verstellte BIOS-Settings tippen und dort mal Defaults laden und
dann beim Booten gucken, ob das BIOS der Karte eine IRQ zuweist (in
der Liste der PnP/PCI-Devices).
Ansonsten empfehle ich die Lektuere von /usr/src/sys/pci/if_rl.c:
