Doch, kann man. (Wobei ich persönlich kein Microsoft-WAV
verwende, sondern Raw-PCM-Dateien, per mpg123 -s.)

In der cdrdao(1)-manpage steht drin, wie so eine .toc- oder
.cue-Datei auszusehen hat. Konkretes Beispiel, das ich
gerade herumliegen habe (Ausschnitt):

Wie gesagt: siehe die cdrdao(1)-manpage, da steht das drin
erklärt. Du kannst sogar CD-Text hinzufügen, wenn Dein
Brenner das kann. Ich hab ein kleines Shell-Skript, das
aus einer handvoll *.raw-Dateien obiges erzeugt -- es ist
wirklich nicht schwer.
