xdm und login als user

Hallo,

ich kann mich seid dem update von XFree 4.1 auf XFree 4.2 nicht mehr als
user unter xdm einloggen (was ich doch gerne tun wuerde, da ich hier auch
noch ein paar xterminals habe)
Ich kann irgendwie nichts "verdaechtiges" feststellen. als Root
funktioniert das login. Es scheint mir irgendein Rechteproblem zu sein,
aber ich finde nichts...

Ich habe jetzt auch mal den wrapper deinstalliert, und den X link wieder
auf XFree86 umgebogen.. laeuft immer noch nicht, "startx" als normaler
user geht aber nach wie vor (SUID-Bit auf XFree86 halt..)
