Ports und updaten

Folgende Frage:

ich kompiliere den apache13-modssl port. Leider fehlt mir die configure Option
--enable-suexec
Ich habe also im Makefile diese option unter CONFIGURE_ARGS= mit eingetragen.
Wenn ich jetzt das nächste mal meine ports update und ein neue Apache Version enthalten ist,
wie kann ich dafür sorgen das meine configure optionen im Makefile bleiben ?
Bzw was muss ich tun damit solche Optionen permanent bleiben ?
