courier-imap

Hi,

nach einer Woche vergeblichen suchens und troubleshootens
wende ich mich an euch da ich den courier-imap einfach nicht
zum laufen bekomme.

[root(at)milestone authlib]# ./authtest -s imap -m authpam tom password
Authentication FAILED!

[root(at)milestone authlib]# ./authtest -s imap tom password
Authenticated: module authdaemon
Home directory: /home/tom
UID/GID: 500/100
AUTHADDR=tom
AUTHFULLNAME=tom

Warum funktioniert es ohne authentication module aber nicht mit?

milestone PAM_pwdb[2199]: authentication failure; (uid=0) -> tom for
imap service

PAM_unix[2015]: authentication failure; tom(uid=500) -> courier for
system-auth service

AUch wenn ich INBOX als top directory mit maildirmake kreiere haut
es nicht hin.
