Unexpected busfree ?

Hallo Liste,

ich habe hier seit heute eine 'kleines' Problem mit einer SCSI
Platte.
Diese Platte ( IBM 0664M1H 1.9GB )haengt als Bootdevice an einem
2940 UW Controller.
Installiert ist darauf FreeBSD 4.3. System ist ein Dual P1 mit
2*133MHZ und 162 MB.

Seit heute bekomme ich obige Fehlermeldung bzw .....

(da0:ahc0:0:0:0): Unexpected busfree in Data-out phase
SEQADDR==0x6e od. 0x14e

ab und zu auch Message-in phase, Data-in phase.

Ich weis das diese Platte schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat.
Ich habe weder an den Controllersettings noch sonstwie mit der
Platte rumgespielt.
Noch nicht einmal das Controllereigne Pruefprogramm kann die
platte komplett testen weil sie mittendrin aussteigt. (
UNEXPECTED TIMEOUT HAS OCCURED )

Was ist zu tun? Neue Platte ;-( oder.....?
