Klingt nach 'nem typischen Timeout ... DNS? Sind beide
Seiten vorwärts und rückwarts auflösbar? Nicht versehent-
lich irgendwo Port 53 gesperrt?

Ident-Abfrage fällt mir auch noch als Kanditat ein, aber
da wäre der Timeout normalerweise kürzer.
