Putty & sshd

Hi,

ich versuche mittels Putty (SSH 2) meine
Freebsd 4.4-Release Box zu verbinden.
Das Problem das sich dabei stellt ist, dass Putty
meinen ssh key zwar anscheinend akzeptiert,
der automatische login mittels des keys, ohne
Passwort und Benutzername funktioniert allerdings nicht.
Den Key habe ich ganz normal unter BSD erstellt und
ist auch korrekt in den ssh files eingetragen.
Das log des ssh schaut folgendermaßen aus:
