Ich vermute (hoffe), daß die Zeilenumbrüche lediglich von
Deinem Mailclient verursacht wurden ...

Es scheint, als wenn $PRG mit einem "-" beginnt und damit
den Syntaxfehler von dirname hervorruft. Du kannst ja mal
testweise ein »echo \"$PRG\"« einfügen.

Das sind dann wohl Folgefehler.
Bin kein Blackdown-JDK-Experte, aber ich denke mal, mit
obigem Hinweis sollte sich das Problem debuggen lassen.
