Mit Deinen Slices stimmt irgendwas nicht. Sehr seltsam.
Hast Du irgendwas daran verändert? Ist vielleicht von
der Platte ein Jumper abgefallen?

Das kann eigentlich nicht sein, sonst würden SCSI-Fehler
auftreten. Das ist aber offenbar bei Dir nicht der Fall.
Aber ich würde meine Hand nicht dafür ins Feuer legen; ein
aktuelles Backup solltest Du besser haben, so oder so.
