Das sieht ziemlich eindeutig nach einem Festplattenlesefeh-
ler aus.

Ich würde als Gegentest mal versuchen, mit einem entspre-
chenden Programm (kann z.B. unter DOS sein) einen Ober-
flächentest der Platte durchzuführen. Manche BIOSe bieten
auch diese Möglichkeit.
