In /etc/ttys überall dort, wo ,,cons25`` steht, selbiges
durch ,,cons25l1`` ersetzen. Die Änderung wird durch
,,kill -HUP 1`` auf allen VTYs wirksam (Vorsicht!), oder
indem Du überall ,,export TERM=cons25l1`` eingibst.

Da steht übrigens alles in der FAQ für deutsche Umlaute,
die Du auf http://www.de.freebsd.org/de/ findest. ;-)
