Moin,
The Complete FreeBSD oder Unix System Administration Handbook, 3rd Edition
(da iss FreeBSD mit drin, JUBEL) wären so die üblichen Tipps. Auch die 3
CDs von O'Reilly sind als Referenzwerk nicht zu verachten.

Aber zum Einstieg reicht das Handbuch, da steht schon sehr viel drin...
