Hmm, sicher, daß das ein errno ist und kein sysexit? Ich
weiß es auch nicht (benutze/mag kein qmail), aber gerade im
Mail-Umfeld werden gerne die sysexits verwendet.
sysexits(3) meint dazu:

EX_TEMPFAIL (75) Temporary failure, indicating something that is not
                 really an error. In sendmail, this means that a
                 mailer (e.g.) could not create a connection, and
                 the request should be reattempted later.
