Hallo SCSI Gurus!
Ich habe Probleme mit meinem VXA Laufwerk. Die Backups schreiben
geht ja noch, aber das Lesen ...
Wenn ich tar -b 128 -f mache, dann krieg ich viele Errors und
im syslog folgende Meldung(en):
-- Jul 10 20:12:03 georg /kernel: sym0:3: ERROR (0:c8) (1-21-ff) (8/13) @ (scripta 5c8:1900089a). Jul 10 20:12:03 georg /kernel: sym0: script cmd = 19000000 Jul 10 20:12:03 georg /kernel: sym0: regdump: da 10 80 13 47 08 03 1f 00 01 83 21 80 01 09 00 00 6a ca 0b 08 ff ff ff. Jul 10 20:12:03 georg /kernel: (noperiph:sym0:0:-1:-1): SCSI BUS reset detected. -- kann das wer von euch interpretieren? Ich spiel mich jetzt schon lang mit blockgrößen in der Gegend von 128kB herum, und das geht so ca. 50MB lang gut und dann brichts ab. kanns sein, daß der scsi-controller zu schlecht ist? es ist ein symbios logic 53x810. danke jedenfalls! -- Georg To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo(at)de.FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe de-bsd-questions" in the body of the messageReceived on Mon 10 Jul 2000 - 20:24:00 CEST
