Naja. Das sieht dann halt so aus, dass er in verschiedene Bibliotheken
nach debugging-Symbolen sucht

Wie gesagt, wenn ich den crypt-support aus php draussenlasse,
funktioniert es.

Ich erwarte(te) es nicht, ich hoff(t)e es ;-)
Ausserdem ist es nicht (nur) mein Problem. Da das sowohl bei mir zuhause
als auch bei meinem System an der FH auftritt, das wesentlich weniger
"legacy" mit sich rumschleppt als meines daheim, denke ich eben dass es
a) ein allgemeiner Bug ist und nicht nur mein persönliches Problem
oder
b) man den crypt-support aus irgendeinem Grund nicht einkompilieren
kann/darf bzw. schon immer nicht konnte/durfte und nur ich das nicht
weiss.

Wenn jetzt allerdings jemand kommt und sagt er kann mit einem frischen
3.3-STABLE den apache-php mit crypt und allem bauen und htpassword
funktioniert doch, dann muss ich mich geschlagen geben.
