Aus dem CAM README:

        Aic7xxx driver (ahc):
                This driver supports all of the devices the original
                FreeBSD driver supports but with the following new
                features:

                        Supports aic7890/91/95 based controllers.
                        ULTRA2 speeds have not yet been tested.
                        I'd be happy to do so if someone wants to
                        send me a drive. 8-)

Die Treiber gibt's in .../FreeBSD/cam auf Deinem nächsten FreeBSD
Mirror; zur Zeit also nur separat, weil noch in der Testphase.
