please adjust cvsup5.de.freebsd.org DNS record

Currently there is in the DNS zone de.freebsd.org:

cvsup5.de.freebsd.org. IN CNAME ftp.de.cw.net.

The service recently was moved to a machine no longer equal to
ftp.de.cw.net, so please change the DNS record to the new box:

cvsup5.de.freebsd.org. IN CNAME cvsup.de.cw.net.
