DEFAULT_VERSIONS in make.conf war auch meine erste Idee - nachdem wir
das ja ausgeschlossen haben:

  - Sind deine Ports aktuell?
  - Verweist MASTERDIR in /usr/ports/converters/php71-mbstring/Makefile auf
    "...lang/php71"?
  - Was sagt "make -VPHP_VER" in /usr/ports/converters/php71-mbstring?
  - Auf was ist PHP_VER in /usr/ports/lang/php71 gesetzt?
