Das libtool-Programm hat offenbar hier Probleme. Schau mal,
ob Dir das hier weiterhilft:

Vielleicht sind noch Konfigurationsreste der vorhergehenden
FreeBSD-Version irgendwo im obj-Unterbaum versteckt, oder
in /var, an die sich libtool hier halten möchte...
