Sollte nicht besser die in der lib enthaltenen Funktionalität in 6.x
gesucht und gegen dessen passende Bibliothek gelinkt werden? So ist das
doch eine Krücke ... nunja, für den Hausgebrauch geht's grad' noch.

Nein, ich weiß nicht, wo das unter 6.x zu finden ist. Vielleicht ein
Port geworden?
