Das sagt meines Wissens nur das cpio mit einer falschen option
aufgerufen wurde. Evtl. unterscheiden sich die optionen von FreeBSD
und den Linuxen etwas. Da du linux-opengroupware-1.0_5 installierst
gehe ich mal start davon aus, das das die linux-compatibilität von
FreeBSD vordert. Ich weiss nicht ob die bei einer Portinstallation
automatisch aktiviert wird -- ich würde eher nein sagen.

Kannst du über /stand/sysinstall > startup > linux aktivieren.

Steht eigentlich schon da was du machen musst. ;)

Das mit dem Error code 1 tritt immer auf wenn beim kompilieren von den
Ports was schief läuft. Daher kann man hier nicht direkt sagen das es
ein ähnlicher Fehler ist. Bei deinem Beispiel sind das 2
unterschiedliche Fehler.

Ich denke nicht das es einen unterschied macht, aber ich mach das
immer über
        cd /usr/ports/wohin/ich/will
        make install clean
