Nein.
Erstens ist das »Standardverfahren« nach wie vor das mit
config(8) und make. Das ist nämlich auch das einzige, das
funktioniert, ohne daß man sich die gesamten Sourcen des
Basissystem installieren muß und ein buildworld machen muß.
Zweitens: Wenn man schon die jüngere Variante verwendet
(mit installierten /usr/src nach einem buildworld), genügt
ein »make kernel«. »make buildkernel && make installkernel«
braucht's nicht mehr.
