Die gehören zum Basissystem, also src-all natürlich.

Was ist daran eigentlich so schwer zu verstehen?

In FreeBSD 6 und 7 wurden die Versionsnummern der Libraries
erhöht (aus Gründen, die hier erstmal unerheblich sind).
Damit die Binaries gegen die richtigen Libraries gelinkt
sind, muß man seine Ports neu compilieren.

Wenn Du weder FreeBSD 6 noch 7 einsetzt, kann Dir das alles
natürlich völlig egal sein.

Worin besteht Deine Denkblockade? :-)
