Bin keine Experte, aber ich verstehe es so:

Alle, die das Basis-System, also FreeBSD selbst, mit den Tags RELENG_6
(wäre eigentlich 6-STABLE, gibt's aber wohl noch nicht) im oder HEAD
(dürfte -CURRENT sein) zeihen *und* port oder packages benutzen, sind
betroffen.

Ports mit dem Tag "." benutzt jeder, der die Ports per cvsup holt, port
sind immer "CURRENT".

Nach meinem Verständnis sind das die ".so"s aus dem Grundsystem, also
angefangen mit libc und libm und und und. Alles was in /usr/lib so
gewöhnlich liegt.
