Versuche vorher mal, die Diskette mit

fdformat -yf 1440 /dev/da0

zu formatieren. Ansonsten laß mal die Angabe der Blockgröße bei
dd(1) weg oder versuche eine andere (bs=2048 o.ä.) aus.

Nur so zwei Ideen.
