im direkten Anschluss an das genannte make deinstall/reinstall kannst Du
dann pkgdb -F ausführen und dort die dependencies auf die neue Version
aktualisieren.

Alternativ funktioniert auch die Verwendung von -R beim portupgrade für
upwards recursive, so dass alle Ports die py-orbit2 als dependency haben
auch neu gebaut werden. In jedem Fall hilft die Konsultation der man-pages.
