Falsche Rechte im Ports Baum

Hallo Liste

ich habe hier zwei gleiche Rechner, auf beiden habe ich ein frisches 5.3 installiert.
Auf den einen Rechner stimmt irgend was mit den ports-tree nicht.
Ich kann ein bis zwei sachen Installieren. Dann passiert das:

berlin2# cd /usr/ports/dns/bind9
berlin2# make install
.....
===> Extracting for bind9-9.3.0
>> Checksum OK for bind-9.3.0.tar.gz.
>> Checksum OK for bind-9.3.0.tar.gz.asc.
===> Patching for bind9-9.3.0

Stop in /usr/ports/dns/bind9.

wenn ich den ports tree lösche und neu entpacke geht wieder alles
aber leider auch nur bis zum dritten mal.

Jemand eine Idee ?
