Das sieht danach aus, als wenn fetch die Datei von einem
Server nur teilweise bekommt, und auf dem nächsten Server
hat sie eine unterschiedliche mtime, so daß fetch sich
weigert, sie zu re-fetchen.

Lösch einfach das distfile nochmal und hole es manuell
von ftp.freebsd.org (oder einem nähergelegenen Mirror).
Genau das schlägt ja auch obige Ausgabe vor.
