Hi Liste,

Ich hab mir jetzt eine Wlan karte zugelegt D-Link DWL-650+

Laut man wi sollte die laufen, machts aber nicht. Koennte es eventuell an dem
"+" hinter 650 liegen?

eintrag in meiner /etc/defaults/pccard.conf:
# DLink DWL-650 11Mbps WLAN Card
card "D-Link" "DWL-650 11Mbps WLAN Card"
        config auto "wi" ?
        insert /etc/pccard_ether $device start
        remove /etc/pccard_ether $device stop

in der bootmessage wird aber leider kein wi eingerichtet. Ich hatte vorher eine
Wlan karte von Lucent technologies drin, und die wurde gleich beim ersten start
erkannt.

ifconfig gibts auch nix interessantes her:
fxp0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        inet6 fe80::200:eff:fe21:a026%fxp0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1
        inet 0.0.0.0 netmask 0xff000000 broadcast 255.255.255.255
        ether 00:00:0e:21:a0:26
        media: Ethernet autoselect (none)
        status: no carrier
lp0: flags=8810<POINTOPOINT,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

        inet6 fe80::1%lo0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x3
        inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000

Anbei noch meine dmesg -a
Ich glaub interessant sind folgende Zeilen, die mich aber bei der
Problemloesung nicht weitergebracht hatten:

----8<----
