Hallo

eine möglichkeit ist sicher dir das Makefile in einem Editor anzuzeigen, da
kann man schon manche Einstellungen, wie z.B. Installationsordner, etc.
bestimmen und meistens sind da auch Kommentare für die compilier Optionen.
