Funktioniert es denn außerhalb des Jails? Wie sieht die
Netzwerkkonfiguration innerhalb des Jails aus? Speziell:
Gibt es dort überhaupt 127.0.0.1 auf lo0? Und noch was:
Hast Du einen Paketfilter laufen?
