32 Mbyte sollten genügen.

Bist Du sicher, daß er beim Booten auch die ganzen 32 Mbyte
erkannt hat? Das Root-MDFS ist 5 Mbyte groß, der Kernel
braucht noch einmal etwa genauso viel für sich, und auch
sysinstall ist noch nicht so aufgebläht, daß es den Rest
der 32 Mbyte ausfüllt. Davon abgesehen tritt das Problem
auch offenbar schon auf, bevor sysinstall überhaupt richtig
in die Pötte kommt.
