Nach einem Update von /usr/src auf ein aktuelles Stable sind für
3D-Beschleunigte Karte unter /usr/src/sys/modules/drm/ Kernel-Module
verfügbar. Einfach noch 'glx' und 'dri' in XF86Config auskommentieren
und 'agp_load="YES"' in /boot/loader.conf setzen. Sollte dann
funktionieren.
