ATA-spindown patch?

Hallo,

auf FreeBSD-Mobile ging eine Mail um, in der ein Patch mitgeschickt
wurde, der das Stillegen von ATA-Platten erlaubt, allerdings portiert
vom 4.xer-Patch für 5.x.

Weiß jemand, wo der Patch für 4.x zu finden ist?
